I founded Remarkable, Inc. after more than two decades working across education, public health, and mission-driven companies. Throughout that work, I saw a recurring pattern: organizations cared deeply about outcomes, but often lacked a coherent way to align purpose, people, and practice. Teams were pursuing important goals without intitutional knowledge or a sustainable framework that supported growth, ethical decision-making, or genuine human agency.

Remarkable exists to help individuals and organizations close that gap. I work with school districts, education companies, and social-impact organizations to design cultures and systems that are both effective and principled. Our approach translates enduring human insights from philosophy, positive psychology, and systems thinking into clear, actionable strategies for leadership, growth, and change.

The backbone of this work is a values-based business model and the REACH framework—a practical method for aligning relationships, process, and company culture.
